Any client-related work outside of the deliverables in this quote, including meeting time and travel time, will be billed according to the rates indicated in the attached rate sheet. Hourly work will be billed in 15-minute increments and invoiced separately.
The following items are required from the client before any website work can begin: login credentials for existing domain account, login credentials for existing hosting accounts, login credentials for existing website, preferences for colors/fonts/photos/videos/logos on the website or app, marketing copy (text content) for the new website, current contact information and social media links, login credentials for existing payment processors, login credentials for any other software to be integrated with the website, location addresses for any on-site meetings or photo/video shoots.
Our hourly rates are subject to change annually. Rate changes, if made, will be made in the first quarter of each year. All rate changes will be communicated to the client in writing prior to taking effect.
Services which are billed on a monthly basis may be terminated for any reason by either party by giving 30 days written notice to the other party. Cancelled services will be provided through the end of the month in which they are cancelled and prorated refunds will not be issued.
Services which are billed on an annual basis may be terminated for any reason by either party by giving 30 days written notice to the other party. Cancelled services will be provided through the end of the year in which they are cancelled and prorated refunds will not be issued.
Invoice payments are due within 15 days of client's receipt of invoice. Temporary suspension of services (including website or app visibility/availability) may be implemented if invoice payments are not received within 30 days of client's receipt of invoice. All services and related content will be permanently suspended and deleted if invoice payments are not received within 60 days of client's receipt of invoice.
Once approval to launch the new website is given by the client, the new website will replace current website (current website may be permanently deleted after new website is finished and approved).
Pricing is valid for 30 days from the date listed at the top of this quote.
Our payment structure for fixed-price deliverables is as follows: 50% due at contract signing, 50% due at completion of work.
Unless stated otherwise, any software license fees required for the deliverables listed in this quote may be charged separately.
All pricing for new websites and new apps includes up to four hours for design review meetings, if necessary, either in person in Midland, TX or via virtual meetings.
The first payment for any service billed monthly or annually will be due upon contract signing.
Subsequent app revisions after publishing (including revisions to the app promotional materials in the app stores) may be subject to additional fees.
Email marketing pricing includes up to two hours of work per email (drafting, formatting, client review meetings, revisions, etc.). Any time spent beyond this limit may be subject to additional pricing at our standard hourly rate.
Email marketing software platform fees (Hubspot, Constant Contact, etc.) may also be applicable and will be charged separately.
Pricing for graphic design of marketing materials includes initial work plus one revision. All subsequent revisions will be charged separately at the same rate as the initial design fee.
Unless stated otherwise in the quote, all printing and shipping costs will be charged separately at the time of printing. Printing and shipping fees are dependent on the quantity ordered and the shipping location. Upon written request, we can provide a printing and shipping estimate prior to printing.
Client grants the Agency the right to use any non-confidential materials provided by the Client—including logos, photos, videos, brochures, graphics, and other media—for the purpose of promoting the Client’s project and the Agency’s services. This includes display in the Agency’s portfolio, website, social media, case studies, marketing materials, presentations, and other promotional channels.
